O Level results

So generally our school did really well! With 6 10A1 students and also the top malay student in Singapore. Yay! And it's great to say that we managed to sustain the Band 1 status for both Express and NA!

But with the announcing of how well the school did and stuff.. it made me even more nervous. What if I was the only one who did really bad? I was expecting myself to get L1R5 of maybe.. 12? Because I know for a fact I did not study my hardest for my O levels...

But I'm glad to say that

and now.. must fill up the 12 choices of the JAE form. sigghh!!!

WWW and random stuff like battlestar galatica and a shy x'mas tree

So... O's results are gonna be released next week. I'm so nervous. Who isn't? Sad truth is nervous or not, well we've all done our bests (or not) and no amount of praying can change anything :'(

So what I've been up to these few days...

Let's see.. I forgot how my Monday was spent. I was either on the computer the whole day (not healthy I know) or, I was being an extremely good girl and changed my bedsheets and packed up my shelves. Okay I think it was the latter. It sounds better anyway.

And then I went back to work on Tuesday. It was a little funny going back to work again after what seemed to be FOREVAAAAA. It was at least a week since I last went to work before Tuesday. I was so afraid I'd forget how to do stuffs but thankfully I did not.

I did however rape a christmas tree right til it did not exist.

Yes it does not make sense because it's not supposed to and I'm making it up. I merely undecorated the christmas tree, dismantled it and kept it back in the store room.. Poor tree. Okay la actually I didn't do it all by myself, the tree was taller than me by at least two heads. I was helping a colleague. That was one of the most fanciful trees I've seen (of course, minus the trees in town areas and outside/inside shopping malls...). I was unfortunately given the task of taking down the fairy lights. (edit/ I just realised how incoherent my sentences were LOL I wasn't drunk i assure you)

Yeah I DON'T THINK SO. 4 Fairy lights to be exact. All tangled up among each other. Can you imagine I had to untangle 4 fairy lights T-T Fine i'm exaggerating because this post is gonna be boring so... why not spice it up abit eh?

And then on Wednesday (It's pronounced wenz-day. true story)... Ooh la la here's where the fun kicks in!!!! I went to Wild Wild Wet with my sec 4 classmates! Well, a fraction of them I supposed. Like a quarter. Half the girls couldn't make it, go figure. The last time I went to WWW was two years ago!

To be honest, the only thing I like about WWW is the ular-lah or however it is spelt. Firstly, it had JUST the right amount of thrill. I was about the describe it but what if I ruin someone's first time there. Oh well.

I did take the slide-up but boy I thought I was about to die. I swear. I hate rides that go down a swooping (almost) 90 degrees!!! Wtf are they trying to do, make my heart jump out my mouth?!

This is exactly the reason why out of both coasters of the Battlestar Galactica at Universal Studios Singapore, I much much prefer the blue coaster. AKA Cylon.

[you should probably skip this part if you don't want your virgin battlestar galactica ride to be spoiled~]

Simply because cylon is the coaster that goes round and round and upside down and spins in a corkscrew. I love it so much.

But the HUMAN?! No freaking way. It goes up and down and up and down. FYI, both coasters always take off at the same time together. And at the beginning you can already notice the Human track is much much much steeper than the Cylon one.

So if you're more of a dropping heights person, go for human. If you're more of an upside-down and spinning around person, go for cylon.

Gosh... if I keep procrastinating blogging like this I might as well shut down this thing hahaha.

Okay anyway I figured if I keep 'planning' on long ass picture posts like the ones I've lined up, this blog isn't going to be very interesting.. So this time, I am not gonna make any promises on updating and all.. simply because I don't want to feel as if blogging is a chore.

Blogging should be something I want to do when I feel like it. And believe me there are countless of times in a day when I think of something and it leads to, hey I should blog about it. But then I'd be like, oh then I'd have to wait because I'm not done with the Genting/Prom/Korea post.

Okay la it's also partially because I've switched to the new interface of blogger and it has got me pretty confused. I usually upload my photos to photobucket before I put them on my blog which means I upload my photos via url right? The last time I could only do so like 5 pictures at a time and I thought that was horrible.

AND NOW, dumbass blogger decides: no, 5 is too many pictures to upload at a time. 1 at a time it is!

HELL TO THE NO. You do not ask me to 'upgrade' to the new version of blogger and instead of allowing me to upload more pictures at a time, you reduce the limit to 1!!!

Okay they did upgrade the limit but ONLY if you upload photos straight from your computer. But I don't wanna do that cos' when I upload my photos to photobucket I can keep track of my pictures and all... I'm always trying to re-organise the pictures and all the folders in my computer and trust me it doesn't work at all.. (I'm not great at organisation and stuff, no surprise there, so...)

Okay maybe I just need alittle bit more investigation to figure out this whole 'uploading photos' thingy but I am simply too lazy to google about it!!

Grah why am I such a horrible person. No, don't answer that.

Okay on a side note, here are some things I've been thinking about:

1) Aaron Tan is really hilarious but I think the sgrean who sent the vid to the american dude is very KPO. (although the whole saga was pretty funny albeit abit offensive, as in the american dude) Okay I know this is old news but... NEVERMIND HAHA.

2) Maybe if I start getting enlarging/coloured contact lenses and coloured my hair and wore nicer clothes I'd look half as pretty as the famous local girls on the internet now. Or maybe I just need a nicer camera/better lighting. Which simply translates to: spend more money.

3) Has anyone ever thought that maybe, just maybe, Steven Lim is really crazy as in down with some kind of disease that just causes him to be so... thick skinned/oblivious to the hate he's getting? I'm not trying to state the obvious but the guy's in his late thirties and he's nuts. and he has been for the past couple of years. Would any guy be this retarded and ignorant of his haters for so many years just for the sake of attention? Maybe, we wouldn't know. (HAVE YOU SEEN HIS 'FREESTYLING' TO BUBBLE POP??? DARN HILARIOUS)

2011 in 15 Minutes (or less)

Hello!

Okay I know I said something about the Genting post coming up next but there are so many photos to edit for Genting and in between I made some gifs too so, hopefully I'll be done with 'em by this week? :)

I'm trying my very best to get back the 'blogging bug' so after I come home from work everyday I diligently edit pictures and stuff (amidst the youtube/facebook surfing of course..)

Okay in order to make my blog more happening once again (and due to the slow progress of editting of my Genting photos..) I am gonna blog a quick post on some random events that happened in 2011! I have tried my best to place them in chronological order but... meh I can't remember. HEHE.

So basically, because I am a rather boring teen (with early curfews /sad/), I did not count down to 2011 in a happening event/place in urban areas. Instead I was on the sofa in the living room alone jumping about and (softly) screaming "WHOOOOO! HAPPY NEW YEAR!" (My other family members prefer their precious sleep than to countdown to a new year).

So with that this is my Chinese New Year outfit for day 1 I think, I did post one of 'em in my blog somewhere at the start of this year.. :)

This is me before I cut my hair for the Dance SYF. Our dance this year was a lot of mad n aggresive flipping of the hair back and forth (like willow smith y'all) which is why somehow shoulder length hair has a larger 'impact' when flung around than long long hair. So I cut it to about boob-length and it was all level. No layering/thinning at all. I think I cut my hair in april. It was pretty sad for me okay :'( Long hair is not easy to grow and the worst thing is the hairdresser cut it way shorter than I wanted it to be!!!

THIS IS WHY I NEVER TRUST HAIRDRESSERS!!!!!! I only visit the salon if I decide to cut off my hair by an inch or more (which is very rare) and thus the durations between each of my visits to salons must be at least a year apart! I trim my fringe myself :) Hehe.. anyone wants a free fringe trim? ;)

Anyway.. it wasn't that bad afterall I guess, although I have to say my long and layered hair was really pretty (at least to me), it was healthier to have all those split and dry ends chopped off! My hair is longer now but it is still even length and the ends are much healthier!! :D YAY!!

Somewhere in between I went to Clark Quay with my family. My mum was attending a colleague's wedding so me and my dad n bro went exploring. I have to say though Clark Quay is not very ideal for a family outing. I mean duh -- clubs/drinks/alcohol/HOOTERS -- need I say more? Clark Quay at night is probably one of the sleaziest places in Singapore. (i think)

This is my brother getting sick and tired of me asking him to take photos with me. Sigh.. at least 2-3 years ago my brother was so enthusiastic about taking pictures.. What happened now T-T

And after hanging out at the river side for awhile (a couple decided to be sleazy next to us) we headed to Burger King at central to have some snacks. HAHA and play around and take photos. (My brother gave in and took more photos hehe)

And then in June I had a staycation in Mandarin Hotel (I think that's what it's called... I don't know)! Yknow the one next to *Scape I think. What I love about staycations is how I take a lift to level 1 and voila I am in town and ready to go shopping.

Am going for a staycation this weekend btw!! YAY!! Shopping at flea market/far east plaza/topshop/h&m OMG EXCITED!!! AND GOOD FOOD!!! HAHAHA

so the family (plus Joshua) went out for lunch at din tai fung at JurongPoint and then me and Joshua went to decorate a cake for my bro at the Icing Place?Palace? Can't remember hahah.

Went to East Coast Park for sandcastle building with my brother and my little cousin Zi Rou! (If you remember her from the Kite Flying post)

I was looking rather unglam that day and I had a wardrobe mishap the whole time and my dad didn't tell me and continued taking photos of me -_- Hence this is the only photo of the event that is safe enough to publish :P

Hahaha us getting ready to swim in the 'infinity pool' at the resort. Something like the pool at Marina Bay Sands except it isn't high up in the sky or something, just one ground floor (bummer).

Then it was My Birthday plus me and Joshua's first anniversary!! :D

Walked around town, went to the flea market at *scape (he carried my loot for me like a gentlemen hehe) and then had dinner at Billy Bombers!!!

Food was kinda pricey, and the portion was super huge. But the food was nice! So I guess the pricey-ness was reasonable :P

Mdm Eio! She only thought a few of us (who had "awesome" grades in chemistry) in the final weeks but she left such a big impression on us. :) She is also another cute teacher!!

Ms Lingehs. The interesting thing about her name is that it's an anagram of the word English! And she's my literature teacher. She's indeed a very special teacher!

(someone requested for a blogpost on prom and I'll blog about it after my Genting post okay! Yay!)

So the theme was ~masquerade~ and APPARENTLY there was a 'Best Mask' contest! So me and Charmaine actually made our own masks from scratch. And when I say scratch, I mean it. Like the base of our masks were made from paper mache and the designs we either stuck on or drew ourselves. Took us a good long day to get 'em done!

AND THEN GUESS WHAT!

THERE WAS NO FREAKING 'BEST MASK' CONTEST!!! BOO!!!!!

Super wtf. I mean, look at my mask! You've to gimme some credit for producing this from scratch right?!?!?!?! K la this pic not so clear, next time I upload better ones :)

BP's Prom King & Queen for 2011!!!

Okay la I know some of my schoolmates were not really happy because apparently us winning Prom King & Queen were like 'expected' so it took the fun out of the crowning.

I'm gonna admit that I had thoughts of wanting to become Prom Queen but I pushed that thought aside since according to anonymous losers on my formspring, I have a lot of haters, and the crowning was done by student body voting. But hey, this crown was decided by votes from the cohort and guess what! Majority of the graduating students do not hate me! Suck on that! HAHAHAHHAHAH. So I was actually rather surprised :)

But it was really pleasant to be prom queen and my boyfriend be prom king though. We both won topshop/topman gift cards of $100 each so we're probably going shopping this weekend heh. I sincerely thank you all who voted for me though :')

Oh not to mention I was super lucky and I won something from the lucky draw!!

When I was still in secondary school, even though I had to wake up at 6am, I could sleep at midnight the night before and it'd be okay, because some teachers don't bother to wake me up when I doze off, thus I get naptimes during lessons :P

HOWEVER.. now even though I wake up at 6am for work as well, I seriously cannot sleep at midnight already. Simply because I cannot doze off in the office!! Because doze off = fired.

I am gonna be blogging as usual pretty soon, I am currently trying to find a new blogskin simply because I've had this one for way too long (although I will kinda miss this one...).

Have many many things that are long overdue to blog about but for now I will blog about the various events that happened in 2011!

Anyway now I've started working part time at my mum's office. It is kinda counted as an admin job I guess? It's pretty cool 'cos I got my own little cubicle complete with a computer :) And not to mention my colleagues are the nicest people!

Am currently helping out in the finance department, so I'm learning a lot of things that have got to do with finance. New programs on the computer to work with, many new things. So much so that I've this little notebook where I've to write down the steps to do certain tasks on the computer! and trust me these notes are pretty much more than I've ever written in a single school day.. :P

Having to wake up at 6.15am every Monday to Friday sure is very tiring though.. at least it is productive and I get to see my mum at work!! It is such a nice feeling to be doing so much work and suddenly my mum walks up to my cubicle and checks up on me to see if I'm doing fine :)

Just yesterday I was assigned with this task that required me to use MS Excel and it wasn't easy... I mean I've never really used Excel before. But the feeling of finishing that task was just :D (albeit it taking me like 2.5hours HAHA).

Okay! Am gonna be searching for a new blogskin, and hopefully the next blog post will be about my Genting trip recently during the last few days of November :)

HI GUYS!!! HHAHAHA WHO EVEN COMES HERE ANYMORE.

Okay if you do pass by here I just want to tell you guys that my current obsession is THE GLEE PROJECT.

If you don't know by now I am a GLEEK. And trust me if I had the skills and the time I would make TONS of gifs of glee!!!

OKAY so some time ago Glee season 2 ended and... The final was so awesome but it was so sad to watch the last episode simply because it is the last episode. Last episode=no more glee in the future :'(

BUT THEN!!!! I FOUND OUT (not recently la) THAT THERE'S GLEE S3!!! and the cast have just begun filming it! So darn excited!!! And the timing's just right cause I can torrent everything after O's and slack and watch like a boss. Hell yeah.

K anyways so they've this show called the GLee project where 12 contestants vie(?) for a 7episode role in Glee s3. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?!?! Okay I can just imagine myself auditioning but obviously not making it cause I dont have the swag (and neither am I of age to do so hmpf) (CRIES).

Okay so I love TGP cause it's so cool like omg hahaha I'm super crazy now but I DONT CARE. This isnt a quality post cause i'm basically running my mouth here (or rather fingers). BUT I LOVE TGP!!!! Okay I'll be tweeting as I watch it every mon-wed at 8.55pm on starworld and if anyone out there watches it religiously too then PLEASE JOIN ME AT TWITTER!!!

Okay no one hardly comes to my blog anymore but nevermind. If you did come back to read this then I shall award you with this lovely photo of me.

moving forward..

I am slightly (okay actually very much) annoyed by those bots on tagboards nowadays. At first I was stupid enough to think that I have such awesome readers who tag often but then when you click on their links it's like some weird random shit website. Darn, cheat my feelings.

Anyway the second week of June hols is coming to an end and I am kinda sad to say I haven't done any major revision yet (maybe except practising amath and emath).

Inserts a very appropriate sad face.

I had to use cameroid cause my webcam took very tiny pictures if I just open it using the computer.

ANYWAY Today we had this chemistry mock exam thingy. It wasn't really exam condition cause I remember the 'invigilators' were just sitting at the front of the hall doing idk what cause I didn't have my specs on. And I also remember conveniently turning around to ask Daryl what Acid+Base produces. Also I asked her what she answered to "What produces methane?". I knew it was cow fart but I totally forgot the more ~scientific term~ for it. HAHA. I was gonna write: Cow fart and burp *inserts doodle of fart* but then elaine mentioned we should just leave it as CATTLE REARING which is fine by me cause it sounds way better than cow fart and burp HAHA.

Okay moving on, I know I've wasted the first two weeks of holidays (which wasn't my plan actually) but I can't do much studying next week cause 3/4 of next week is for play!!! Tomorrow I'm gonna make my way to town, check in to my room at RP opposite FEP w/ my family and then we're gonna shop shop shop til late and then head back to the hotel to sleep, then the next day after checking out we're most probs gonna walk around again hehehe.

Then on Monday it's free and easy day and I've alot of things to do on Monday!! But errr I guess they pretty much aren't related to studies. Shall try to squeeze in abit of Physics though :/

And then I'm heading out with Izyan and Marissa (something I haven't done in awhile!!) on tuesday to kind of have a mini photoshoot thing whereby Izyan and I are the 'models' HAHA and then Marie will be the photographer. (btw I tend to correct people when they pronounce it as photo-grapher. It's fer tog gre fer)

Wednesday I'm heading out with Charmaine to shop shop shop!! HEHE and mostly catch up cause I've been missing out on way too many details of her life man. And I haven't updated her on alot of stuff. She's one of the people i can totally trust w anything cause she doesn't judge me :):) hehe.

Thursday is J's birthday but there's no plans yet...

And on Friday there's tuition! I love tuition but I just don't like having to do work to prepare questions for tuition.

THEN!!!! the next sunday will be East Coast Park w my family and maternal relatives!! awesome.

LAST WEEK SHALL BE STUDY I PROMISE.

I hardly log into blogger, I almost forgot my password.

Oh well just felt like updating. I'm feeling very mixed up now because I was youtubing and came across this youtube video by this guy called alex days and I thought he was some witty and funny guy talking and talking until I realised he said doomsday was 'coming this saturday'. And then I thought, okay maybe this vid was posted long ago and he got his ass proved wrong that 'saturday's gonna be doomsday' and apparently he posted this vid last monday, yikes.

Well ever since people started talking bout 21 Dec 2012 I've just been very paranoid about it. I'm not the type of person who can laugh it off and say something like, Haha die also everyone die together what, nevermind one! I'm the type that would be like, Holy shit I don't wanna die please no please please at least let me finish doing something worth remembering/being remembered for. (But then again if the world ended, who would be there to remember me)

Anyway during the post-Japan earthquake+tsunami period, when everyone was constantly going on about how the world was DEFINITELY ending soon/earthquakes were a sign/ yada yada, everytime I read something like that my heart would literally have this sinking/empty idk what kind of feeling, but it isn't a nice feeling.

There was actually this period of time when I was paranoid about death for a whole month. During the end year holidays of 2007. I'd cry everyday when I think about death. About how it is inevitable. I don't know. Some people can calmly tell themselves that yes, it is indeed inevitable and it doesn't matter cause when we die, we just die. But aiya! I can't do that I just can't.

I'd tell myself, okay chill seriously everyone's gonna die with you anyway. And normally someone would totally forget bout what they were thinking and move on with something else but then I'd ponder on and on and onnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

Grahhh the O's arent even here yet and i want them to end ASAP. Honestly honestly cant wait for after O's. Post O's activities shall be my motivation to study hard so i dont regret anything.

Okay i have kinda totally abandoned my blog because i have (unfortunately) left all my holiday assignments to the end of the holidays and thus i am chionging my work like mad right now and kinda regretting not doing it earlier but oh well.

Anyways, HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! 2010 has been so freakin awesome, new classmates, new friends, and.. :)
Wish you all the very best for 2011! 2011's gonna be tough for me.. with the biannual dance SYF, the O's, it's only 1st Jan but im already looking forward to post O's! Hahaha i must be dreaming.

New year resolutions? Hmm.
1) prioritize better! Studies first, yada yada.

Hey guys! I know i know, I'm already back from Korea but I'm not bloggin bout it yet. BUT! I promise a good post on it so.. you must wait for the good post :) MEANWHILE, I shall erm.. hmm.. Tell you 10 of my favourite channels on youtube? :) Not in any particular order though, I just love all the channels!

1) Meekakitty

She's kinda a geek? But a cool and rather pretty one. I don't know if it's just me, but I kinda like her personality cause it's so freakin' cute. Basically her videos are.. random and funny, sometimes they are rants. Her name's Tessa btw!

2) Raywilliamjohnson

He does reviews of viral videos (videos that become popular through the process of internet sharing, usually funny vids la) And I don't know I just find him hilarious! And all the videos he review are 90% funny. I actually LOL at the videos and then my parents would be like, why the hell you laughing at the computer? What's so funny? HAHAHA. If you liked the vid I posted there, you definitely have to see the other vids on his channel.

3) Mychonny

Asian livin' in australia, a little crude I guess? But I find it funny. This is one of my fav vids of his! He has two other channels, here and here. He hasn't been posting recently though.. :(

4) JPMETZ

I found out bout her recently. She seems like a very grouchy and angry person but I guess that's just how she is? That's what I like about her. Hahaha.She's a makeup guru but she also posts random vids like this.

5) Charlieissocoollike

So this video of his was from 1 year ago and he was doing this thing called 'Challenge Charlie' where he asked people to challenge him to do stuff. He attempted drinking a bottle of ketchup, which is not a very nice thing to do in my opinion but he tried anyway. And this! Painting himself purple. I mean, if any youtuber would go to this extent to entertain his viewers, i think it's worth a watch? :)

6) CommunityChannel

Australian again, she's a vlogger and I guess her videos are about stuff that we encounter in life? Something like those little pages on facebook that you read and go "OMG THAT'S SO TRUE" and then you like it and then all the pages you like practically tell the story of your life. Yea this is like the video version of those pages hahaha.

7) Shaytards

So this guy vlogs about every single day of his life. He has 4 kids (I think) and then all the family members in his family have like nicknames that end with tard. Like his second daughter's nickname is princesstard, sorry but that's the only name I remember HAHA. I think his son is called sontard, then his 3rd kid was babytard and his wife is mommytard. It would be sooo fun to be in this family for like a day or something!

8) Mysteryguitarman

Musician. What can I say, he's just so talented! Talented in music AND editting. Check out his other vids they're freakin cool.

9) Kevjumba

If you don't already know, Kevjumba and his dad were on of the team that took part in The Amazing Race 17, and I was rooting for them the whole way because I watched his videos way before they took part in the race and I just loved his videos! His videos are funny but his dad makes the videos hilarious.

10) Davidchoi

This is one of his original songs that I really like! He is awesome, the end.

KOREA TOMORROW!!! Technically not tomorrow cause my flight's at like midnight? Itinerary for the first day is mad. Flight's at midnight, gonna be a 6h flight. And when we reach Korea, we're gonna go straight to the first touristy destination! Only checking into the hotel at night! So freakin awesome but also means that I'm gonna have to sleep on the plane ride~

So in Korea i'm gonna be at some ski resort called Phoenix-something-something? I forgot. And then Lotteworld and Everland!!! AND DONG DAE MUN(24HR SHOPPING MALL) WHOOOOOOO.

So I did research on Everland, and tried youtubing some of the rides there and surprisingly there's this channel with videos of like, roller coasters! Freakin dope! SEE:

You have no frikkin' idea how excited I am about going to Korea man. This trip was planned since mid-october and the last week when there was the whole NK and SK thing going on which could've caused me to cancel my trip I almost fainted.

And then when i attempt skiing, it'd be freakin' obvious to spot me cause I'd be the one falling flat on my butt every few seconds. BUT ITS OKAY, fall after fall would probably feel like the best fall I've ever taken.

So today I took my bro back to his school for his dental appointment and had a rather fun time with him. It's like the first time my parents trust me to like bring him out or something. YAY!

He kept telling me felt like farting in the dentist's room and then I suspect he seriously let out a small fart cause one moment his face was like scrunched up and suddenly, his face was all :). HAHAHA.

Okay then after that we went to lotone and spent $15 all on food. And then met with Josh and the other bball guys. Then Josh sent me and bro home :) Bro damn cute la. I've a channel on youtube and it's supposed to be the place where I upload my covers of songs and stuff la. I currently have one pathetic video but I really dislike it because after like I uploaded it, I realise it doesnt sound like me at all.

I haven't been making any other new vids cause 1) My 5MP cam sucks, the sound quality is awful 2) I don't know what songs to cover!!

So, my dad bought a DSLR for himself and thus his 'old' 10MP cam is mine!!! :D And I don't have to worry bout lousy quality vids already.

Someone in formspring has asked me to update so, here I am.

Sorry bout the lack of updates, it's just that if I blogged 'bout my everyday life it would bore you to tears, cause nothing much has been happening and stuff.

But, today I think I'm going to talk about.. idk what to classify it as? But aiya i think you'll get it if you just read.

Everyone judges. Everyone also gets judged.

It's as simple as that. I can't say I hate getting judged because it depends on which people are judging me, like my family and friends or, complete strangers.

Obviously I wouldn't mind so much about getting judged by the people I personally know cause afterall, i'm with them often and i guess their judgements' gotta be somewhat true what.

BUT, I hate getting judged by people I dont know. Which include(or mostly consist of) schoolmates that I have never spoken to/only spoke to once or twice. Why? Because they don't know me at all (well other than my name and how i look like maybe), and they judge me based on 1) How i look like. 2) What they hear bout me.

Okay 2) doesn't seem like something bad or anything, but it really depends on who they hear stuff bout me from! Like, if they hear some other STRANGER tell them something like, hey this girl has had like 7 ex-boyfriends (which is completely made up) then they'll automatically: wow, flirt.

C'mon. That's just how it is. What other conclusion can you draw from that?
Poor girl.. must have been through alot of tough relationships.. NO. Where got such people who think this way nowadays?

Okay i'm not saying i don't judge people at ALL. I do. I judge the girl walking past me in the school corridor, I judge the uncle sitting across me in the LRT, so on and so forth. But, I don't pass off my judgements as facts, as in like, maybe i'll be like,
'yucks, that girl chatting on the phone has such a highpitched voice.'

But i wont be like,
'She is fake, from head to toe. Everything bout her is fake, see, her voice tells it all.'

GET WHAT I MEAN ANOT?! It's okay if you dont cause honestly i have no idea what this post was about.

Before the kite flying, we went on a tour around the Marina Barrage. Pretty cool cause the last time I went to the barrage I didn't go into the galleries to see all the educational stuff.

She looks so scary because of some ~green lighting~ from the exhibits. The galleries were really cool man. But because the tour went pretty fast I didn't have time to read all the stuff there. Too busy snapping away on the cam! HAHA

HELLO!

Today was the English EOY paper, was so-so. Not too tough, not too easy I suppose? I must score well. ANYWAY, we had like 50 minutes of recess (which was damn awesome) but somehow having recess with the lower sec makes me feel old.. (JOKE, HAHA)

So during the last 10 mins I walked past Joshua's class cause he told me Marcus was dancing tektonik(?) HAHAHA. DAMN FUNNY. Ridicurous.

Then After I laughed at him for a long time, I went up to the 3rd floor and realised everyone was crowded along the corridors. It was madness.

BUT, IT WAS COOL. WHAT A PITY the sec 4s and 5s missed out on the fun. There was so much bpian spirit in that short few minutes of a notebook being tossed between the different floors(?!) HAHAH.

Then the heroes Joe En and Joel did a victory walk down the red brick path on the first level, which made them a very obvious culprits to Tiger, then in the end they kena detention.

At first I didnt get why Tiger had to spoil the fun, I mean c'mon man how often do you get to see us Bpians truly so high and bonded?! Then i heard that

1) We were making too much noise for the Bethany home people (cause we were cheering like mad when joe en and joel catwalked)
2) there were visitors at our school or something?
3) Pencil cases were being thrown down as well, and people poured water down onto others on the ground level.

Okay, WHAT IS UP WITH POINT 3? Like okay, a notebook is kinda harmless I guess. But a pencilcase? Idk if its true that someone threw a pencilcase but seriously whoever threw a pencilcase, go to freakin hell, someone could've gotten hurt man. Tsk.

Okay whatevs imma go study for chinese now. Im not quite sure how to though. Adios suckaaaaas.

-emath and lit papers today were alright! Doable & passable! heehee

-moto dexty had a software update, and now everything that didnt work, now works again! i can download apps and update apps and i can view my photo gallery! yayness. I love my moto dext again, HAHA. (so I've updated this software and uploaded 3 random pictures! HAHA)

Hello people!

Today went fairly well as compared to yesterday! :)
Only thing is, I freakin woke up at 6.50?! But because I have magical powers of some sort (HAHA), I managed to leave the house in 10 mins and I wasn't late for school! So proud of myself :) Hahah.

Anyways! so many testsssss these few days. Pfft. Had physics and lit test today, it was shit. I am lagging behind and I NEED to pull up my socks man. :( Grahhh.

tbh, I have yet to finish reading Fahrenheit 451! goshhh.

So.. Lessons were so-so, there's gonna be emath test on Thursday and then on Friday there's an openhouse at Zhenghua primary! heehee. Actually wanted to head to town with izy but I'm afraid I might have to cancel out on her.. :(

Bukit Panjang Govt High's 50th Anniversary celebrations are today! Like finally, after all the practice sessions! Am gonna miss dance training sessions where there's only 8 of us. :p

So, I haven't been updating because so much is going on, 50th anni rehearsals, some jerk who's getting on my nerves because he's such a pussy with his attitude, some childish imbeciles who are ruining my friend's life because they're just such MATURED 16/17 year olds. Uncertainties... and shit like that.

I LOVE SOPHIE MADELEINE, OH MY GOODNESS. I love everything about her. I love her accent, I love her uklele and I love her love for ukeleles,I love her songs, and i love her hair i love her voice. :) Heehee.

Her songs all have the vintage cartoony type of tune. Anyways, to show you how awesome she is I'm gonna flood you with videos of her.

First video's her music video for her song You are my favourite. Then she asked people to sing along with the song and then she mix-n-mashes all the vids to create a wonderful mess.

Oh and she has this 'band' called Rocky and Balls and then the two girls write cute songs. I love the beard song the most.

Hello my lovely readers :)

So yesterday bestie came over to do some tie-dying with me! ♥
She came again this morning cause we had to leave the shirts in plastic bags the previous day so the dye would set, and today we washed off the excess dye!

And I think it turned out kinda okay since we're first-timers at tie dye. :)
Really loved the outcome, but it's so fun and the colours are so pretty I wanna do more tie dyes!

So I tie dyed 3 tops, 2 plain cotton tees and 1 tunic from cottonon.
Since I haven't posted alot of pics of myself in a long time, :p
I'm gonna spam you with ME and my lovely creations of course.

First, my tunic! I actually did like 3 spirals? But apparrently only one spiral was kinda obvious, the purple one, but the colour didn't turn out vivid, it's kinda faint but I still l♥ve it :)

See the purple spiral thingy at the bottom? I like that. :)

Don't mind my fat thighs. Ugh.

And then the first t-shirt, I cut it into this crop top! But I think I cut the front too low :(
Then I cut the bottom part as well, and I guess the bottom part's kinda okay, since it's supposed to be a crop top! Woots. Oh and I cut the sleeves off too.

The colours used for this shirt were red, purple and blue, but somehow I guess I dipped the shirt into too much red and the shirt turned out super reddish.

Sorry about the mosaic, I had a crazy pout on.

The only bluish parts on the top are like at the sides! Sigh.

It's kinda reddish but I still love it :)

And then for the other shirt, I make sure I cut the front part properly, then I left the sleeves and the bottom part alone.

The third top's in a triangle shape! I was experimenting, and I randomly tied rubber bands onto the shirt and then voila! it came out in a triangle just like I hoped it would. :) Happy me.
I'm still wondering if I should do something with the sleeves though, should I cut it shorter, cut it off like the other shirt, or just leave it? Hmm.

OKAY! I'm done.

Oh yea, parents went to Genting with my maternal granny on tuesday, so I got to sleep in the masterbed room with my bro (aircon!!) the last two nights! Cause I don't switch on the aircon when I sleep, I only switch on the fan (eco-friendly!).

I'm back with pictures from the BP's got talent.
So I sang a medley of Lady Gaga songs, I took Sam Tsui's Medley and kinda altered it. Anyways here's the original medley. Kudos to Sam cause he arrange this medley himself! Love it :)

Okay so I loved the whole experience, made new friends with haqim, namira and prizala! Loved the BPGT 2010 finalists. :)

ANYWAY, went out to town with Charmaine Phua after the last MYE paper! Shopping is definitely like some stress-relief therapy for girls. Well, was supposed to be window-shopping la, but, yea. :p

And I totally enjoyed my day out with her, she is the best person to shop with because everything I pick, she says it suits me, and she totally knows my 'style'. So coooool!

We've finally gotten our Dance tees! Love the colour, hot pink! :)

Groove It! Enrichment came to an end that day during the concert, our last chance of singing together and working together. It was a great experience singing with Fazira, Jean and Haemin! Got to know each of them better throughout the 'journey' although it was rather short actually.

Pop vocals instructor Fifi is awesome too heehee :p

And during the mini showcase concert, had a chance to 'back-up' for Fuad as well, haha! Fuad sings super well. :):)

Anyways, I loved the whole enrichment course.

Okay this shall be my last 'angry post'.

Idk if you guys follow my twitter but if you do you would have seen my angry rants this morning. I really CANNOT believe any singaporean would be THAT rude. Here's the story.

So I was at the interchange with a friend, and just so happens the bus to school was already there, and some students were boarding it and the bus was still quite empty, so if we walked faster in the queue we could have caught up and took that bus.

But there was a roadblock unfortunately. There was this lady, short and plump, mid 40s, carrying a child and holding another 3-4 yr old child's hand. So she was walking slowly, holding up the other students from my school behind me. And infront of her was a whole empty space, and if she just sped up abit we could have caught the bus.

So I tapped her on the shoulder and asked her:

"小姐，你可以 excuse 我吗，我们需要上学所以可以让我们走先吗?"
'Excuse me miss, could you allow me to go first cause we have to catch that bus to school'

Okay so I guess this is polite enough, I called her a miss when she's clearly not, and I even explained to her why I need to cut her. You will never ever guess how she replied me.

"学校七点半，你赶去哪里？赶去投胎啊? CHEEBYE!"
"School starts at 7.30, where you wanna rush to? Rushing to go for your reincarnation?!"

I think that is unbelievably rude that any singaporean would reply in that way. Be it a youngster or an adult. Even worst, infront of her two kids? But it just goes to show that there are still these kinda people in Singapore. Bad parent/adult.

So Dawn, Mel, CP n Shiling n I have finally taught the school the ACES day workout, or shld I say, THE BPIAN WORKOUT. Awesum or what. Teaching sec1s were so-so cause I was standing on the table behind. Okay not really, the sec1 guys were just sooo childish. Gosh.

The session w the sec 2s were not as high-energy as with the sec1s, but at least majority tried! :)

Whoa, the session w upper sec was just epicly strange+weird+lol+wtf+funny. Izy n marie were standing in front giggling, making me feel a WHOLE LOT BETTER bout lookin like an idiot. And among the crowd was a lot of my "BEST FRIENDS" so.. hmm was rather nerve-wrecking n dumb. On the other hand it was super cool that we could have first class 'seats' to watching others do it! Towards the end, could really feel the high energy of the bpians. Hell yeah. :) Thanks everyone for cooperating! You guys rocked. And I'm proud of D,M,CP,SL n myself man! Cause hey, we choreographed the workout and had the guts to do it on stage. :)

Today practised with the guitarists from pop guitar, I was teamed w huiying and vivan! They were awesome on the guitar and it was really fun man. :) Farhan n his friend helped all of us out, giving us tips n suggestions for improvement. Was really cool. :) Had a photo opportunity (thanks Dawn fr lending your cam! =]) , it's on my facebook somewhere. Shall post it when I get my hands on a desktop/laptop. Heyo peeps! Am currently updating from my phone. Cause I'm soooo bored.
Another reason why I haven't been updating much is cause my desktop is still locked by a password, cause idk why til now my dad refuses to take it off. And the laptop is just slowwwwww.

HI EVERYONE n_n

Yes I am back from the long long long hiatus. C'mon it was the common test period, you didn't REALLY think I would come online did you? Been burning the midnight oil, (til 1am to be exact) and my eyebags are heavy again. :(

Anyway, first 2 days of CT was just hell. Physics was shitty, SS was scary, and i kinda forgot the other paper but whatever. What matters is the next few papers were rather ok-ok.

So far only got back one paper, which is SS and I passed with A2! yay, not bad already, cause I actually scored a 4/12 on the first essay we did in class. :/

And yesterday i just got back my first A-math class test, and I got a awesome score of 5/30! Hopefully my CT A-maths won't have such an awesome mark.

First I'm going to tell you 10 random things about myself that you might/might not know. :)

1) I am cantonese.
And hell yea can I speak cantonese.

2) I am almost angmoh.
Because seriously my chinese has 'FAIL' written all over it. You do not want to hear me speak chinese. I repeat, DO NOT.

3) I cannot eat spicy food.
I mean, it's not like I can't eat it cause I'll die or something, but I just cannot tahan the spicy-ness. I super noob one la okay. The spiciest I can eat is instant korean noodles but sometimes I eat that as if I'm suffering. I'm like almost allergic to spicy food, I swear. Once, my cousin's friend's dad bought spicy meepok for the 3 of us, and then when I tried eating it I swear my face turned red. I cannot handle spearmint also. FML.

4) I has a pink calculator.
And yes that grammar fail was on purpose.

5) I listen to Rick Astley.
Yes because I like 'Never gonna give you up' and I think it's a pleasure to be Rick Roll'd.

6) I can sing munera valiba (or however you spell it la) without having to read from the lyrics
You know, the tamil/indian (idk) song they make us sing during music lessons when it's nearing to National Day or something. I swear the lyrics are in my head. Like since P2 or something.

7) I was the head prefect in primary school.

And when it was 1 or 2 weeks before Common Test/ Mid Year Exam/End of Year, I would chiong like mad, read textbook, make notes, and stuff.

And luckily my chiong-ing not bad, managed to pass with quite okay results. But I don't want this to be what my studying in 2010 will be like. I swear.

Was involved in the Chinese Opera this year!

and it's really something I'll never forget, all the training sessions, the full dress rehearsal and stuff, and finally the real deal. Everything was just awesome. Became closer to some other peeps as well. (L) the Opera family! :)

2 years have indeed gone past quite fast. And thank you for being such a wonderful class.
A couple of things we've done as a class, good or bad, are super memorable.

Like the time at the old campus, some idiot was throwing paperballs around the classroom, and it got stuck at the grill thingy at the top. Which gave us the idea of stuffing more paperballs into the grills to decorate for the international day competetion thing.

And also cheering comp, and the class chalet.

Although not everyone was at the class chalet, day 1 or 2 or 3, I'm sure those who went had fun.

Okay I was just kidding, but really, when I'm down and stuff I can always look for you to talk to, and I especially enjoyed the time we went to the class chalet together, and go back home together from it as well. Okay so on the 19th and 20th I was away for a holiday(In Orchard Road)! HAHA.

One night stay in Royal Plaza Hotel! And holy moly we got to stay in the Premiere Class rooms. Glam TTM! And one other thing I love about the hotel room is that THERE'S ALOT OF MIRRORS! YAYYY! :)

Huge ass mirror and a neat study table. When we came in there was a huge hamper on the table as well! Wine, chocolates, and macarons. And the everything in the mini bar's for free! :)

Om nom nom. Yummy macarons ^ . You do not wanna know the price for ONE of them. Okay fine I'll tell you HAHAHA. One's for $2.20. One piece of it. Who in their right mind would wanna buy it.

The toilet's like 'see-through'. But of course you can roll down the blinds in the toilet when you wanna do business in there.

And then went back to the hotel. Bro really enjoyed the shower thing cause the shower head's like right on top, like as if it's raining. Then when he came out he was telling us how 'shiok' it was and stuff.

So yesterday I went out with my mom n granny to Chinatown.
And supposedly she wanted me to see for myself, all the Dirty Old Men (DOM) there. And how they hao lian in front of the ugly prostitues to 'attract' them or something.

Mom said that when she was at Chinatown Point before, when you go into Macs, you can see like a prostitute would sit by herself at first, then some DOM would walk up and sit next to her, chat chat awhile, touch here touch there, and then they leave MacDonalds (for where else but a hotel?) And it kinda sickens me how the girl doesn't mind hooking up with those dirty looking men. And how those men, whether cheating on their wives anot, are doing this. It's kinda disgusting.

I can tell you it was kinda horrible to even be there. Even though I wasn't there by myself, I still felt scared that some DOM would shoot me a look or something. So unfortunately, yesterday there weren't much of those stuff going on. I think the prostitutes all still resting from their hook-ups the last night cause there were like benches of old men sitting by themselves. Obi quek for them.

But, I conclude that Chinatown is actually a very good place to people watch.

3) Those 'sexy-chicks' in their very 'sexy' clothes. Which, FYI, made me pretty much wanna barf cause they don't look a tad sexy, they just look like some cows with saggy boobs. Ugh.

Hi. Okay so this is the reason why I haven't been updating:

Last sunday, my mom set up this deal where she'll get me the ukelele if I finish all my holiday homework by the end of the next week. Which is why I've been working my ass off doing the repetitive questions in the Maths textbook, struggling through chinese jian bao, and racking my brains for a compo idea (yes it's that TOUGH).

And unfortunately, I failed to finish it all. But then again, I also washed my bag and wrapped up all me+my bro's school books already la. Damn guai. Should at least reward me for being so hardworking this whole week! :/

So now I'm left with

-Exercise 1f and review questions 1 for Maths,

The little things that make me angry/sad today.

1) I CANNOT LOG IN MY BLOODY DAILYBOOTH MAN! WHY?!?!!

First, I couldn't log in for like 10 minutes, so I clicked on the "I forgot my password" thingy for them to email me to tell me the new reset password.
Then after that, when I went back to my email account, no new email. What fart is this.
So I just went back to Dailybooth to try my luck with logging in again, and guess what.

I typed my email when I was supposed to type my bloody username. FML man!

AND THEN. I tried logging in, but realised I already sent for them to reset my password.

Okay, so last Monday there was the Dance R.O.D (aka Relief of Duty), and the committee(pardon me if that's the wrong spelling) members headed to Sentosa early in the morning. (At around 7.45!)
and then they were (sort of) arguing whether the MRT or the Bus would be faster and then decided to take the bus.

Fun bus ride with the girls. As usual, made alot of noise. :}

and then we reached Vivo and met Edlyn and Khoo Ee!

and then Dawn was happily snapping people's unglam shots.

as you can see, she is very happy from all the unglam shots she took. Tsk, so evil!

And you know what, that was my freaking first time on the monorail to Sentosa la! HAHA
And then I wa so excited and all in the monorail, until they all bth me alrdy.

then once we reached Sentosa, all of us spread out to our stations and stuff,
my station was at this bench, near some mini fountain thingy at the foot of the merlion.
And boy, it stinked there. Not the mention the bloody amount of mosquitoes.
(But maybe that's cause I was more of guarding the food and stuff)

and then I had to sit there, at that pathetic position for like 4 hours straight. ALONE.
Yes. It was most miserable I had to say. Cause the tourists are all walking past me thinking: why the hell is this girl sitting here with a bunch of bags and food and drinks?!

Hence, i people-watched and took random pictures.

So these are the things that i witnessed (LOL):

-I saw lot of foreign students walking around in groups, in their very funny uniform. I swear it's weird. Then the girls all had to tie like two low ponytails. Super act cute. Plus the guys aren't even cute. (TEEHEE)

-The people of this particular race was super stuck up and snobbish, cause they would walk past me with the: "Eww, why is this poor girl (judging from my oversized white T and pathetic FBTs) sitting here" type of look. Super annoyed. Irritating snobs.

-I noticed 2 kids falling that day. One was this little boy (abt 5?) who tripped and fell while coming up the stairs. and then the other one was just this girl who was running and then slip and fell and started crying. And then funny thing is, her little sister didn't even give a damn about her la! The little sister was like: Hey, take a picture of me! *poses* LOL.

-An old man touring Sentosa with 2 (not so hot) asian chicks. SPGs, confirm. Ewwww.

-I was wearing my shades to people watch because I can stare at them however long I want, and they won't even know. And at the same time I can see when people are staring at me anot.

-Alot of freaking mosquitoes/flies.

-2 Indian men asked me to help them take a picture.

-I witnessed someone's pen drop from her bag and she didn't even know.

-Some people didn't even notice me sitting there with bags of stuff. (I LOVE YOU PEOPLE).
